I grew up on an organic dairy farm in central Minnesota — the kind of childhood where you learned to work hard before you learned to drive, and where grit wasn't a buzzword, it was breakfast. I still farm alongside my husband Tyler today, running a diverse operation with conventional and organic crops and a Black Angus Simmental cow-calf herd. We recently won the National Corn Growers Association yield contest for irrigated conventional corn in Minnesota — something I'm incredibly proud of.
That same work ethic followed me into my education and career. I became a Doctor of Chiropractic with a specialty in functional health, and I've spent more than a decade at the intersection of cutting-edge science and practical strategy — helping people get to the root of what's driving their chronic symptoms, burnout, and hormonal challenges.
I'm also a #1 bestselling author (Love Your Life and Yourself), the host of the Love Your Life and Yourself podcast, and a national keynote speaker on topics including stress, resilience, burnout, women's health, and authentic leadership in agriculture. I've built and sold businesses, coached thousands of clients, and spoken on stages across the country — all while raising a family and working the land.
None of that came from a perfect plan. It came from choosing, over and over again, to bet on myself — and then doing the work.
My mission is simple: help people understand what's happening in their body and their life, and give them the tools to actually change it.
